There is no refund option after completing the payment of “1500 BDT” for seat booking for the “50 Years Celebration of Eastern Refinery Model High School” event organized by the Eastern Refinery Model High School Alumni Association (ERMHSAA).

However, refunds are available under the following conditions:

1. Payment Errors: In the event of payment failure or a deduction from your account without confirmation in the organizer’s system, or if you experience a double deduction due to network or server issues, please contact us with valid proof and screenshots. Our support team will assist in coordinating with the payment gateway provider for resolution.
2. Rescheduled Events: If the event is rescheduled, any refunds will be considered at the discretion of ERMHSAA and based on venue policies. If a refund is permitted, we will notify you accordingly.

We will review your request and notify you of its status within 7 business days of your submission.
